You choose the tests you want, and I order them for you. No protocols, no 1:1 guidance—just direct access to powerful data so you can take control of your own healing. Perfect for self-led clients, biohackers, or those already working with a practitioner. The cost of the tests themselves can range anywhere from $3 to hundreds (in cases of more complex testing approaches like DUTCH and GI MAP)

Available tests include GI-MAP, DUTCH, blood, blood spot, urine, saliva, and breath tests.

The Second Opinion - Existing Labs Interpretation + Q & A

Already have labs but still don’t have answers? This service is designed for those who’ve had bloodwork, DUTCH, GI-MAP, or other labs run elsewhere—but feel unheard, confused, or dismissed.

I review your results through a functional lens—looking beyond “normal” reference ranges to identify patterns, dysfunction, and opportunities for healing. You’ll get clarity, validation, and direction in a way most conventional reviews miss entirely.

This is perfect if you’ve ever been told, “Everything looks fine,” but you know something’s off.

STEP THREE

Receive your lab kit directly to your door and complete lab tests as directed. Results will be uploaded into your Rupa patient portal and treatment planning begins.
